I was inspired to create this hamsa design for the cover by the bright crimson color of this journal. I felt the hamsa, paired with gold and black would be the perfect combo!
The hamsa is a symbol of protection from the "evil eye" and I think every artist should feel safe working within their sketch book and be able to feel free to express themselves without any negative judgments!
